Manual Capture
For smaller agencies with fewer listings.
Download and complete the relevant Advertising Agreement (seen on the right hand side) and email or fax this back to us together with your agency logo.
You will be sent a username and password to log onto PropertyGenie.co.za and immediately start capturing your listings.
Note: You do not have to have your own website to join PropertyGenie.co.za
Third Party Service Provider
For agencies of any size.
Download and complete a Residential Advertising Agreement and email or fax this back to us together with your agency logo.
If you are already advertising with any of the following websites your listings can automatically be sent to us: SA Hometraders, CyberProp, Webbox, Entegral (MyProperty) and AllSA.
No need to duplicate the capturing of your listings.
Electronic Listing
For larger agencies with more offices and a higher volume of listings.
Download and complete a Residential Advertising Agreement and email or fax this back to us together with your agency logo.
We will provide your developers with a technical document explaining how to create a direct link from your website to PropertyGenie.co.za
The cost to develop this automatic link will be a once off cost for you and depend on your technical developers.
Your listings will then automatically be sent to PropertyGenie.co.za from your own website.
Advertising Fees - Residential Sales
Monthly advertising fees for residential sales are R280.00 + Vat per branch / office / franchise for unlimited listings and unlimited agents.
We allow 20 photographs per listing.
